Either a very stressed out guy in the transport logistics sector if Sun Sign or someone in the advice/information areas of Eonia.
I’m pulling him as a Sheep PGAU most likely but he’ll probably mostly get canon memories upfront so he can get some fresh dev with a new team game setup but have funny PGAU shenanigans later on. Roles/CR you're interested in: IDK coworkers? Work friends? Work rivals? Fellow business or info network connections? I would prefer no one try to be his immediate family but maybe he’s the convenient relative who gets kids and teens dunked on him for babysitting or has people come to hang out because he grumbles but usually doesn’t kick them out.
