AU Backstory Planning Post

Every month, we'll have a post where new characters and old characters can plan out backstories with one another. This should hopefully get characters something to work with when coming up with their alternate universes and get some prebuilt CR for those who are looking for it! This is NOT a requirement, you could be an unattached person if you'd like! However, for those who do want it, this is the place for you!

Thank you for having interest in joining! When you post your comment looking to plot, please toplevel the post with NEW CHARACTER | CHARACTER CANON NAME (CANON) and then fill out the following:

Canon: Please also list if they are post game!
Potential Family Option: List the teams you're considering! Nothing here is permanent/guaranteed.
AU idea(s): What kind of story are you looking to have? Did you have multiple ideas but not sure which one you like? List em here! If you're amnesia, go ahead and list that too!
Roles/CR you're interested in: Parent looking for kids, teachers looking for students, neighborhood cat looking for pets, local gamer needing ppl to dunk on, etc. Just a general idea of some things you're interested in.

This includes a restaurant needing regular patrons or a teacher needing students, guinea pigs for experiments, etc. Open to All is literally Open to All, it is never closed until the OP player adds a CLOSED comment so if you're a new player, don't feel like you're overwhelming them by commenting!!

Whenever you reach your CR limit, feel free to comment to your toplevel with the header CLOSED to let new players know that you're not taking any more CR for the time being (of course you can still tag new potential players!). It will also close automatically once the new monthly post goes up.

crying, the telepathy would make ren so uncomfortable DON'T TELL HIM at least not until they're like. used to each other.
i hope he's ready for ren to take that offer of escape seriously and to climb out a window. he will also be like :\ do you also want to climb through this window? bc it will look weird if ren is the only one who disappears.

(if/when canon powers are a thing it'll be more expansive but it's its muted form of it doesn't work unless phoenix has an emotional closeness and/or someone is feeling intensely around him so there is an out!!!)
y'know what. yes he would. maybe it was a particularly "loud" day in the school and he's like y'know what this seems like a plan why NOT follow my new friend into whatever shenanigans this escape is. especially since he's not trying to escape him right??

hell yes. TBF THEY WON'T GET INTO (much) TROUBLE but isn't it nice doing stuff without adults breathing down their necks :))) i guess he's going to be the bad influence friend, though he will 100% take the fall on purpose for any punishments / grotesque "i am so disappointed in you" moments when they get back.
