18-22 is absolutely the funniest most dramatic span

escapes bad family into a new Family > met a cute boy and got on an amazing career track to success > 4 years later it all crashed and burned and he disappeared is beautiful

also what he would have been able to dig up re: the incident is that

- probably frost quit his job either right before or right after the disaster confession
- the station received a staggering number of complaint calls about him in the weeks before he left. like if he was on air for two months it started after the second week and continued into a full uproar for a solid six weeks until he quit
- it was hush hushed somehow cuz the station didn’t want any more trouble. there are hints that it was related to nonconsensual Blessing use upon the callers but the actual call transcripts were likely destroyed
- there were recordings of the broadcasts available but watching them didn’t hold any clues other than that Vincent was looking increasingly stressed on camera in the later ones (his voice only affects viewers on live broadcast)
- he would remember that Vincent also started stressing out at home in those six weeks but wouldn’t tell him what it was about. possibly they had a big fight about it one night and eugene going ‘I love you and we’ll make it through this’ the next day was the breaking point lol
