also: how do you feel about bester being the person who 1) absolutely has known where miklós went the whole time, and 2) occasionally drags him back to the department long enough to get him to do forensic/soul analysis because he's the only one who can

unfortunately. it's entirely possible bester is one of the few people miklós trusts. this should say terrible things about everyone involved
