Okay but what if they had a singular date and it didn't work out and then they became galpals instead. Invites her to lunch/dinner more often during those time periods after she poofed again but before she starts a new relationship.

to be frank she would still go out to casual lunches with jade regardless. honestly if jade was the one to break it off after date 1 that's interesting enough for her to keep in contact in general
