The Sirens Agency has probably needed shit fixed like all the time so!! Majima could have called him in. He also goes to Saejima/Ore for a lot of stuff and maybe ran into him there? Either way, I'm down for him having noticed that like, oh this guy knows his shit, let's throw him more work. here's this rando job, you want it?? etc.
