Plotting Post - Part two
This is the Limelight Stage Plotting post Part Two, Families and Organizations edition. Generally his targets would be like. The real nasty motherfuckers so it probably WOULD be a lot of rich immune assholes tbf. Like Robin Hood but with murder.

Ooh something like a random underpass or part of the park that has no security cams and is usually super abandoned at night. Tim letting him know he has new info for him by putting a little chalk mark on the nearby trashcan - hard to pin down who is drawing it or wiping it off with the foot traffic during the day. IDK THIS IS JUST ME PULLING FROM SPY STORY MEDIA lgfjds but something like that!
ALSO when he's in his info-broker identity he goes by Crow and wears dark clothes and a face mask and glasses/coloured contacts?? and a differently coloured wig under a hat to try and hide his identity. Because with both Damian and Till coming to Vash's shop he's going to end up coming there too... to pick up Damian at the very least, and probably ends up hanging out there. As Heron, Damian's older brother who dresses in bright colours and slouches around.
What I'm saying is, identity fuckery? Yes?
